How it works

Record or import
Record the meeting with your phone or import an existing file: a voice recording, a WhatsApp voice message, a Zoom or Meet recording. Recording continues in the background and survives a dropped connection.
Transcript and speakers
Speech becomes time-stamped text. Speakers are separated and linked to people in your contacts with a tap.
Summary and tasks
You get a report shaped for the kind of meeting: summary, decisions and tasks, with suggested assignees and due dates for you to confirm.
Hand out and follow up
Tap "Distribute tasks" and everyone gets their own. Reminders go out, progress is visible, and nothing drops until it is done.

Privacy and KVKK
Your recording. Your control.
Meetings are sensitive. Meetci is built to keep as little as possible, for as short as possible.
Audio stays on your phone
The original recording stays on your device and is excluded from cloud backups. It is sent to the server only to be transcribed.
Short-lived on the server
Uploaded audio is encrypted with a per-file key and deleted once the transcript is ready; in any case within 24 hours.
Voice recognition only with consent
Off by default. Voiceprints are never sent to third parties, are stored encrypted and are deleted after 12 months without use.
Transcript off when sharing
Links, PDF and Word leave out the full transcript unless you explicitly add it. Revoke a link at any time.
Your data is yours
Download your data or delete your account and everything in it from the app. Deletion becomes permanent within 24 hours.

Designed around KVKK and GDPR principles: purpose limitation, data minimisation, clear retention periods. Administrators cannot see your content.

Frequently asked questions
Does a bot join my meeting?
No. Meetci records with your phone's microphone or imports an audio/video file you choose. Nothing joins your meeting tool.
Which languages are supported?
Meetci is currently tuned for meetings held in Turkish. English and German support is coming soon.
Where is my audio stored?
The original stays on your phone. The copy sent to the server for transcription is encrypted and deleted once the transcript is ready; in any case within 24 hours. If a recording is waiting because your plan has run out, its audio is kept for at most 30 days.
Do the people I assign tasks to need Meetci?
They see the task through the invitation link in their email. By installing the app they can accept it, complete it and comment. Invitees need no subscription.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your meetings, tasks and exports stay available; only processing of new recordings stops. You can keep recording, and recordings are processed automatically once you subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in the store: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions (or App Store › Subscriptions). In the app, Profil › Planım › "Aboneliği yönet" (Profile › My plan › Manage subscription) takes you there; the app interface is in Turkish for now. Access continues until the end of the period.
What is voice recognition, and is it required?
It is not required and is off by default. When turned on, it recognises speakers for whom you have declared explicit consent. Voiceprints are stored encrypted on Meetci's servers and are never sent to any third party.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Profil › "Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil" (Profile › Delete my account and data). If you cannot access the app, email support@meetci.app. Details: Account and data deletion.
Can I use it on iPhone?
The iOS version is in testing and coming to the App Store soon. For now, Meetci is available on Android.
