Last updated: 28 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Meetci mobile app, www.meetci.app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms.

1. Parties

The Service is provided by [COMPANY NAME] (MERSIS: [MERSIS], address: [ADDRESS]; "Meetci", "we"). "You" means the person using the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. The Service

Meetci lets you record meetings with your phone or import audio/video files, turn them with the help of AI into speaker-separated transcripts, summaries, reports and task suggestions, hand tasks out to people and follow them up, and share and export reports. The scope of the Service may change over time.

3. Account

4. Trial, subscription, quota and payment

5. Campaign codes

Campaign codes are subject to the period, usage limits and eligibility stated for each campaign; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Discounts on paid periods are applied through the store's offer mechanisms. Benefits from a code may be withdrawn if abuse is detected.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Service you must:

If you breach these rules we may suspend your access or close your account.

7. Your content

You own your recordings, transcripts, reports, tasks and attachments ("Content"). You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to use it only as needed to provide the Service to you (storing, processing, passing it to AI providers, sharing it with people you choose). We do not use your Content for advertising and do not sell it. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. AI output

Transcripts, summaries, reports, tasks and person-matching suggestions are generated automatically by AI and may be wrong, incomplete or misleading. It is your responsibility to check them before using, distributing or relying on them. Tasks are not sent to anyone until you confirm them. Meetci output is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

9. Invited users and sharing

People you assign tasks to can, after receiving an invitation, see, accept and complete their tasks without a subscription; they are also bound by these terms. When you create a share link, anyone with the link can see the report; you can revoke or renew the link at any time.

10. Intellectual property

Rights in the Meetci name, logo, software and interface belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes in line with these terms. Licences of the open-source components used in the app are listed in the app under Profil › "Açık kaynak lisansları" (Open-source licences).

11. Availability

We take reasonable care to provide the Service without interruption or errors, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, failures at third-party providers or causes beyond our control. We may change the Service's features or discontinue some of them; we announce significant changes affecting paid features in advance.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data arising from use of the Service, or for decisions taken in reliance on AI output. Our liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, and your statutory rights as a consumer, remain unaffected.

13. Termination

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account in the app (Account and data deletion). If you seriously breach these terms we may suspend or close your account; where possible we will tell you in advance.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We announce significant changes in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can delete your account.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer claims, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at your place of residence are competent within the statutory monetary limits. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of [CITY] are competent. Consumers resident in the EU keep the rights granted by the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country.
