Something not working, or an idea? Write to us; a human reads every message.

It helps if you include

• What you were trying to do and what happened
• Phone model and Android / iOS version
• App version (added automatically when you write from the app)
• A screenshot, if possible

Please do not attach meeting content, transcripts or recordings to the email; if we need to look at them, we will ask for your permission separately.

Common issues

My recording was not processed and I see a "quota" or "plan" message

When the trial ends or your monthly minutes run out, new recordings wait on your phone and are processed automatically once your plan is active again (subscription, campaign code or a new month). You can check the status under Profil › Planım (My plan).

I did not receive a sign-in code

Check your spam folder and request a new code after a few minutes. If it still does not arrive, write to us.

Notifications do not arrive

Make sure notifications for Meetci are allowed in your phone's settings and the relevant type is on under Profil › Bildirimler (Notifications). During quiet hours (22:00–08:00) non-urgent notifications are held until morning.

I want to cancel or change my subscription

Subscriptions are managed in the store: Profil › Planım › "Aboneliği yönet" (Manage subscription), or directly in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Refund requests follow the store's rules.

I want to delete my account

Profil › "Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil". Steps and what is deleted or kept: Account and data deletion.

Personal data requests

For requests under KVKK art. 11 or the GDPR, write from the email address registered with us to support@meetci.app. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest. Details: KVKK Information Notice · Privacy Policy.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please send the details to support@meetci.app with the subject "Security report" and do not disclose it publicly until it is fixed. Thank you.
